 The beach home features a large, open plan kitchen with beautiful views of the sea, and large sliding doors leading straight onto the garden and pool area, a few steps away from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, with contemporary blue CaesarStone surfaces, and new appliances. The thatched ceilings in the kitchen are double volume. On the ground level, there is a separate guest toilet and a spacious office with wireless ADSL internet access, as well as a TV lounge with wall-mounted plasma TV screen and satellite channels, leading onto the pool area and garden.
The covered patio with large outdoor table provides plenty of opportunity to entertain, sheltered from the Cape summer wind.
Upstairs is a modern lounge, with thatched ceilings and large custom made leather corner couch, and stunning sea views from every angle. The glass sliding doors lead onto a large deck with outdoor seating, comfortable sun beds and the most spectacular sea views and sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean.
