 | Imhoff Waldorf School
Imhoff Waldorf School is an independent community-orientated school offering holistic and creative Waldorf education for children from different communities in the South Peninsula. We are the only Waldorf School in the South Peninsula and last year we expanded into a high school due to demand.
Our school is situated amongst the trees in proximity to an animal farm, providing a unique rural experience not often found within our present urban environment. Our school has a Playgroup and Kindergarten, a Primary School from classes one to seven and due to recent expansion, classes 8 and 9.
There are 12 Waldorf Schools throughout the Western Cape, only one of which is a full high school. Due to the increasingly popular demand of Waldorf Education, 2 of these schools are extending into high schools, one of which is the Imhoff Waldorf School.

MOM & DAD HELP MAKE LEARNING FUN!
Option Babies Ages 0-3 years:
CRAWL SQUAD @ CRECHE/DAY CARE/SCHOOL OPTION: We come to schools and do Brain and Milestone Development with babies from birth to 3 years old. We do Massage and Stimulation activities too. We interact with them in a playful way and get them ready to be "terrific toddlers". R290 per term 8 x 15 minute sessions per term, once a week. Weekly feedback to mom and dad!
BABIES @ HOME WITH MOM OR NANNY/GRANNY OPTION: You rent the kit from us, we come to you once a month and change the kit and train u/granny/nanny up on the activities. Two activities a day for 5 days a week. Moms can revise activities for weekend fun. These are all focused on Brain and Milestone Development, including all massage and stimulation activities, all toys used in activities are included in the monthly kits. We're only a phone call away if you come unstuck! R290 a month 2 activities a day of about 10/15 minutes each, 5 days a week.
Option Kids 2-10 years:
SENSORY SYSTEM, GROSS/FINE MOTOR SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT TO PREPARE FOR THE PRESSURES OF SCHOOL:
Please not this is not a ball skills programme but rather a programme to develop motor and sensory skills essential for reading, writing, problem solving, maths and school in general.
Action Ball R360 per term, 8 sessions per term 30 minutes once a week at school or smaller sessions once a week in Blue Water Estate Kommetjie.
